We used a structured analytic and creative process to define brand positioning and communication strategy for Modis. Our approach leveraged existing data and analysis, customer insights, and proprietary strategic frameworks to inform a creative process. The ultimate deliverables support an increase the distinctiveness and relevance of Modis in the market.
Following to the Strategy Review and Consumer Research, we worked together with the Modis team to summarise the findings from the analysis and to develop a brand strategy and positioning concept for Modis across all product segments.
