About This Project

Our market force competitive evaluations deliver objective information on ZEO competitors across a set of consistent measures defined with the client. The purpose of the project was to gain a level of insight that would allow the client to evolve their digital marketing strategy based on competitor insight. Once all factors are identified, metrics were defined for the key performance indicators (KPI’s) of the industry and marketplace. These measures or “benchmarks” are then used to develop new initiatives for the client’s marketing team to enhance its overall competitive position in digital marketing sphere.
